- Self Directed Growth Plan – Two Year Cycle
- Self Directed Growth Plan – One Year Cycle
- Directed Growth Plan – Cycle = One Year or Less
- Improvement Plan – Cycle = 30 days to One Year
- Non-PTS Educator in PTS Year
- Non-PTS Educator in Year 1 or 2
